Refund policy

Unfortunately unless the item is faulty, or we have made a mistake (oops) we are unable to offer returns on PERSONALISED ITEMS on the basis that each item is personalised and designed to your liking.

Items that are not personalised can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, as per government regulations. 

If there is an issue with your order, you can contact us at help@clothncard.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note only NON-PERSONALISED items are allowed to be returned. Return postage fees will be paid for by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not except exchanges.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
