Simply click on the item you'd wish to purchase. Then complete all of the necessary details to personalise your products colour and style. Add the item to your basket and proceed with your purchase.
Taxes aren't included on any of the prices displayed on store as I ship internationally and every countries VAT is a different percentage. In the UK the government charge VAT at 20%. For example, in Australia its 10% and in Canada its 5% so it makes it difficult for me to charge all of my customers fairly as I do have a wide global audience.
Unfortunately tax is a legal requirement for any business in the UK and is a pain for me as much as it is for my customers. There is a banner at the very top of my homepage informing customers have VAT is added to all items at checkout so please do expect some added costs when completing your order.
Unfortunately unless the item is faulty, or we have made a mistake (oops) we are unable to offer returns on personalised producted the basis that each item is personalised and designed to your liking.
Non personalised items are available to return 14 days from delivery. Please note return postage is to be paid by the customer.

Yes! We are happy to send our items all over the globe! We offer economy, standard and express international postage (prices differ). Your postage costs will be calculated automatically on checkout.
Unfortunately Ireland is the only place we are unable to send our items due to customs problems with An Post.
We aim to get most item delivered within 7 working days of the order being placed if the item is in stock! However if you have purchased an item that is clearly on a 2 week pre order then it can take up to 14 working days for it to be dispatched.
I am working directly from my bedroom. I am not yet at the financial stage to afford a larger storage/work area, however one day this is the goal! Due to this it means I have a very very very very small space to keep stock in advance to sales. This means I tend to mainly focus on 'order to order' stock control - I only order the stock as customers order the item. Some of my most popular items I do try to keep extra to hand.
